Nelius Boshoff obtained his Masters Degree in Research Psychology (Cum Laude) at Stellenbosch University. His postgraduate training focused on Research Methodology and Data Analysis. He is employed as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST) at Stellenbosch University. He also lectures on Data Analysis in the Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at Stellenbosch University. Nelius is the author and co-author of 9 peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals, more than 40 research reports, and 15 other publications (chapters, occasional papers, etc.). He has also presented papers at conferences in The Netherlands, France and Spain. He is currently completing a Doctoral Degree part-time.

Nelius regularly does work for clients in the private sector, including the Evaluation Research Agency (ERA), Impact Consulting, the National Skills Research Agency (NASRA), and Singizi Consulting on behalf of the National Business Initiative (NBI). He has presented numerous workshops relating to data capture, manipulation and analysis in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda.

Daniel Veliz-Bernaola is originally from Peru in South America where he completed his primary and secondary education, excelling in most of his subjects. After obtaining an Associates Degree, Daniel relocated to South Africa. He is competent in the logistic process of data management, cleaning and capturing. Moreover, his fluency in both English and Spanish is a valuable asset to DATINAR in dealing with clients who require Spanish transcription services.
